People filling out a form can also add a signature to the form and you can print the form to a PDF.
To use either of these features, please contact the DealerWeb customer support desk and ask them to activate the corresponding Gravity Forms plugin on your site. once it's activated, please follow the following steps to add the signature field:
1- Go to the form that you would like to add as signature to or create a new form:
2- click on the advanced fields > click on signature to add to the form then save form or update form.
2- To enable sending the form as a PDF attachment to the notification email hover your mouse over settings > click on PDF
3- Click add new
Insert the requested date and then click on save or update PDF.
You can customize the PDF under appearance, template and advanced
