If you want to connect your Gravity Forms to your Constant Contact account, please follow the step outlined below:


1. Log into your WordPress admin dashboard.

2. If you have not already done so, you will need to activate the plugin. Navigate to the Plugin menu panel as shown below:



Once you select this option, you will see the following page appear: 



Scroll through the list until you find the Constant Contact plugin, then click activate as shown below: 



Now that the plugin is activated, you may proceed.

3. Next you will need to input your Constant Contact username and password. To do so, navigate to the setting Subpanel that appears when you expand the Forms panel. Please refer to the screenshot  below: 



This will open the General Settings page for forms. Locate the Constant Contact tab as shown below: 



This will take you to the area where you input your login information. Once you have done so, click "update settings" as pictured below:



Once you have activated the Constant Contact plugin and synced your account with Wordpress by inputting your login information through the dashboard as detailed above, you are ready to integrate your Gravity Forms with your Constant Contact Account! Here's how:

4. Navigate back to the Forms panel on the side-menu from your dashboard.


5. Select the form you wish to integrate by clicking on the title.



6. Once you are on the page for the form you wish to integrate, hover over the settings tab at the top of the page and select "Constant Contact" from the submenu that appears.

7. If you have not set up any feeds in Constant Contact, this is what you will see



8. To create a feed, click on "Create One" as highlighted in the above image. Once you click this link, you will be taken to this area within your Wordpress Dashboard:




9. Fill out all of the information within "Map Fields" accordingly, making sure to input a name for the Feed as well so that you can easily identify it later. 


10. Please note, you can also add custom fields. As shown in the screenshot below, you can click the (+) icon to add as many custom fields as you like. The (-) icon will delete the custom field.

11. The very last option you are given on this page is to opt in to conditional fields. This allows you to control when information is sent to Constant Contact, and it keeps incomplete submissions from being sent into the system. To enable this feature, click the checkbox next to the word "enable" as shown in the screenshot below: 



12. Once you have enabled this feature, you will see the following:




13. Change the options to match what you prefer, and please note that the (+) icon will allow you to add additional fields.


14. Click "Update Settings" as you go to save your work!
